We strive to be competitive and still provide the best service and value for our customers. We feel that it should be economical to repair your old PC instead of junking it to buy a new one because repair costs are so high. With the hard economic times that we are all enduring we currently offer discounts on labor fees to students and people that are unemployed. Full time students* can receive up to 15% off and unemployed** customers can get up to 20% off.*Students need to show that they are currently attending and are going full time.
** Unemployed customers need to provide most recent statement from unemployment.
Current prices:
$40 - Diagnostic/Installation fee (per computer).
$40/hr. - Labor charge. (Travel time is included in labor if applicable.)
$50 On-Site Service fee.
$40 Rush Service fee.

Payment types:
Cash - Receive up to an additional 10% off labor costs when paying cash.
Personal Check - If check is returned we will charge $50 fee and submit to collections and/or small claims court.
Credit Card - We use Google Checkout to process credit card payments. Notify us when we begin service so we can bill you (by email).
We retain the right to change prices at any time (prices do not change once service has been started and changes will be posted on the website), to waive any fee at any time and to refuse service to anyone. Diagnostic and On-site Service fees are non-refundable. Labor charges are not refundable after 15 days from invoice date. Payments not made in full within 15 days are subject to a 15% inconvenience charge of the full amount billed, which is added to the total amount due every 15 days from invoice date. We guarantee all labor (hardware not included) for seven days from invoice date, within that time frame if you feel the issue has not been resolved you can bring it in and there will be no additional labor charges. We do not offer any additional warranty on any hardware purchased other than what is given by the supplier. Typically there can be anywhere from no warranty to lifetime warranty depending upon the part and the supplier. We are not responsible for data loss, it is your responsibility to backup your data (we are glad to help but we are not liable for data loss). By agreeing to have service done you agree to all the terms listed on this website.
